Q: What was your favorite IEC activity?
A: The day trip to San Francisco. It was my first time to visit the city, so the trip made a strong impression on me.
Q: What has been the most helpful strategy for you in studying English?A: To be able to be confident in myself. Speaking English is very special for me, so when I study and speak English, I can feel positive!
Q: How do you usually spend your free time?
A: Listening to music, dancing, playing the euphonium, watching marching bands.
Q: What has been the most shocking experience in the US?
A: My bicycle which I bought in America broke within one day…
Q: What do you like about living in the US?
A: Everyone knows about marching bands and the Blue Devils! In Japan, no one knows about the Blue Devils… so sad!
Q: What do you miss about your home country?
A: My lovely dogs and bicycle.

A: To be a Blue Devil and a great English speaker!
